Mr. Rajendra Jadhav who was the X director of the company i.e he was resigning alongwith his 100 % share and rights from the company with a effect from the date of 30th December 2013.
The approval of the Central Government and pursuant to the provisions of section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956, the name of the Company be and is hereby changed from “JADHAV & KURHADE INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD.” to “KURHADE INFRAPROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED”.
The firm's new registered office is located at E-1,27-C-10,Sector-10,Nerul, Navi Mumbai -400706 And Corporate office is at B – 108, Groma House, Plot No – 14 / C, Sector – 19, Vashi, A. P. M. C., Opp. Dana Bandar Market, Navi Mumbai.
